All orders are packed by hand by our small team in Perth, WA. This allows us to maintain a high standard of quality and ensure each order is handled with attention to detail.

We currently ship within Australia only.

Shipping Rates

Orders under $70:
Standard Shipping: $11.70
Express Shipping: $15.20

Orders $70 and over:
Standard Shipping: FREE
Express Shipping: $9.95

The free-shipping threshold is based on your order total after any discount codes are applied.

Order Processing

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing after your purchase has been placed. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times include packing and dispatch plus Australia Post delivery.

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
Express Shipping: 3–5 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, Australia Post delays, or peak periods such as Christmas.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with Australia Post tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
